The current delivery method is VEVA Sound. Please upload all files to:
VEVA Sound's secure electronic portal. Physical media
may be delivered to VEVA Sound at the locations listed at the bottom of the electronic delivery portal
page.

Provide Multi-track DAW sessions and all audio in their final recorded format. Recordings should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1kHz, but delivered at 24-bit/96kHz whenever possible. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.

Record any virtual or MIDI instruments as consolidated audio.

Synchronize start time for each consolidated track.

Clearly label and identify all tracks.

Organize folders and file structure by artist and song title.

Provide relevant label copy information including:

Contributor’s name and role.

Date and location of recording.

Provide stems in their final recorded format. Stems should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1kHz, but delivered at 24-bit/96kHz whenever possible. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.

Include processing: compression, EQ, panning, reverb, etc.

Synchronize start time for each stem.

Group instruments logically: i.e. bass, BGVs, click, drums, guitar, keys, lead vocal, percussion,
etc.

Ensure that stems accurately reflect the final mix when combined at unity gain.
Un-Mastered Mixes

Provide two-track stereo, 5.1 or 7.1 masters in their final mixed format. Mixes should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1kHz, but delivered at 24-bit/96kHz whenever possible. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.

All mix passes should be clearly labeled/identified.

If turning in a limited mix for listening purposes (not the mix turned in to mastering)
please label clearly.

Dolby Atmos/Immersive Audio
Please note that all assets turned in are referencing mastered audio.
Identify the contributor name and instrument:
- Identify each contributor's performance using at a minimum, their name and role, and the time,
place, and date of their recording.
- Provide this in the comments area for each track(s) in the DAW multi-track session.
In the accompanying session documentation, please provide the following for each song:
