Below are all of the elements required by Borchetta Entertainment Group to release the producer backend payment and to consider the track(s) delivered:

• Fully Executed Producer Agreement
• Fully Executed Letter of Direction (if requested by Business Affairs)
• Delivery & full verification of Multi-Tracks provided at minimum 24bit/44.1KHz files but delivered at the highest resolution possible (see Multi-track Requirements).
• Delivery & full verification of Final Mix Passes provided at minimum 24bit/44.1KHz files but delivered at the highest resolution possible (see Mix Requirements).
• Delivery & full verification of required Mix Stems provided at a minimum of 24bit/44.1KHz but delivered at the highest resolution possible (see Mix Stem Requirements).
• Complete Credits (see Credits & Publishing).
• Lyrics (in cases where the producer is also a writer).
• Confirmed Clearances Publishing/Splits (in cases where the producer is also a writer).
• Clearances for all signed side-artists & musicians.
• Union Contracts for all musicians & vocalists. A completed W4 & I9 for each participant is required to accompany the contracts. (or W9 if applicable). (see “AFM Contracts” document in the AFM & AFTRA download for templates).
• Samples Cleared/Samples Form (see Credits & Publishing).

The current delivery method is VEVA Sound. Please upload all files to: VEVA Sound's secure electronic portal. Physical media may be delivered to VEVA Sound at the locations listed at the bottom of the electronic delivery portal page.

• Provide Multi-track DAW sessions and all audio in their final recorded format. Recordings should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1KHz. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.
• Consolidate individual files, WITHOUT effects, and compile in a separate folder.
• Record any virtual or MIDI instruments as consolidated audio.
• Synchronize start time for each consolidated track.
• Clearly label and identify all tracks.
• Organize folders and file structure by artist and song title.
• Provide relevant label copy information including:
  • Contributor’s name and role.
  • Date and location of recording.

• Provide stems in their final recorded format. Stems should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1KHz. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.
• Include processing: compression, EQ, panning, reverb, etc.
• Synchronize start time for each stem.
• Please export the original click track as one of the stems.
• Group instruments logically: i.e. bass, BGVs, click, drums, guitar, keys, lead vocal, percussion, etc.
• Ensure that stems accurately reflect the final mix when combined at unity gain.

Un-Mastered Mixes

• Provide two-track stereo, 5.1 or 7.1 masters in their final mixed format. Mixes should be at a minimum resolution of 24bit/44.1KHz. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.
• All mix passes should be clearly labeled/identified.
• If turning in a limited mix for listening purposes (not the mix turned in to mastering) please label clearly.
• Mix versions should include:
  • Master
  • TV with background vocals where applicable
  • Instrumental without background vocals
  • A capella – Vocals Only
  • Clean (if applicable)
  • Additional mixes as requested by A&R rep:
    • Radio Edit Version
    • Explicit Lyric Edit Version
    • Guest Artist Removed Edit Version

Mastered Mixes

• Provide two-track stereo, 5.1, 7.1, or Dolby Atmos masters in their final mastered formats.
• Clean Masters should be provided in their final mastered formats if applicable.
• Masters should be delivered as 24 bit/44.1 kHz wav files. Up-sampling is NOT acceptable.
• Please specify exactly which mix version (or edit) was used for each mastered track.
• Additional mixes should be mastered as requested by A&R rep.

Dolby Atmos/Immersive Audio

Please note that all assets turned in are referencing mastered audio.

Identify the contributor name and instrument:

• Identify each contributor's performance using at a minimum, their name and role, and the time, place, and date of their recording.

In the accompanying session documentation, please provide the following for each song:
